If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days to return it, unless noted in our exceptions. The product needs to be returned clean and in its original condition, in original packaging. If you purchased the product as a bundle and are not satisfied with a product within the bundle, you do not need to return the entire set but rather that single product.

Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if:
It’s no longer needed.
Open packages will be not returned incase there’s any quality related issue

We deliver all orders within 5-6 business days. If you order multiple products, we may ship them together. You will receive email confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your orders on our delivery partners by simply providing your Order ID and billing details. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
You can select your mode of payment during the checkout process as various payment methods are available.


We grant access to two types of Delivery Policies:
1) Delivery via our partnered courier service.
2) Pick up available at Salers International display centers.

Delivery via our partnered courier service:
- Standard shipping on PKR 200 on orders below 2 KGS
- The Estimated delivery time for orders outside of Lahore is 5-6 days. For orders within Lahore, the expected timeframe is 1-2 days.
- All the orders before 3 pm will be processed on the same day. ( Monday - Saturday)
- You can include any specific delivery instructions in the comments section during the checkout process, and our team will make arrangements accordingly.

Display Center

Our display Centers are located in Lahore and Karachi
- Store pickup can be done the next day of the Order placed, but the order must be placed before 3 PM to be ready to pick up the next day.
- There are no extra charges for this service.
